three years, 2022 to 2025, at a small go-to-market studio for startups. officially a project manager. in practice the founder's right hand, doing most of the product work: user journeys, ux, site logic, bot design, campaigns, video production, crm and api automations, sales training and a lot of customer interviews.
there were many clients, but i can't talk about most of them, so here are the ones i can show:
- 15min — a hyperlocal delivery marketplace, about two years. landing pages, marketing campaigns, promo videos, telegram bots. for the collaboration with russian post (seller+) i designed the product logic and customer journeys and managed the site; for a co-campaign with tochka bank i built the bot. crm, apis, automations, training the client's sales team. 15min.store

i worked with designers, developers, copywriters, seo people, marketers and video producers, and ran workshops, presales and client presentations. i left in september 2025.
